Well in Maine and michigan both places where I’ve either lived or own land, the road construction and repair, long overdue, and the rebuilding of water systems are pretty noticeable.

– $110 billion for roads, bridges and other major projects,
– $65 billion for broadband,
– $55 billion for water systems, and
– $39 billion for public transit.

This is a great start but so long overdue that it’s pathetic. Very little is said about it though. So it will largely go unnoticed by the average American. We have sooooo much to do because climate issues are increasing by the day.
