The human response to Covid has made it very clear to me that we aren’t capable of cooperating even if it kills us. It’s rather obviousThat any plan sufficient enough to deal with climate change will be met in exactly the same way, with resentment and anger. I used to think it was because people won’t do what needs to be done but I’ve concluded that most likely it’s because people can’t do what needs to be done. So I’ve Turned my attention away from the masses and toward taking care of myself and those close to me. We’re headed into unprecedented times.
