Texas, California, Florida, Louisiana, are no longer sustainable due to the billions of dollars it costs to rebuild over and over after yet another catastrophic weather event. The line is moving farther north, too. C’mon you’d have to be kinda stupid to invest in a home in any of these states where insurance companies have either already pulled out or will soon. The prime properties of the future are much farther north and anyone who is thinking ahead should at least buy land in these climate refuge states.
