One of my Covid projects was to research the prime properties of the future. Ultimately, most of what I read insinuated or came out and said point-blank that eventually anything above the 45th parallel would be the new north where people will ultimately migrate to. I ended up purchasing some land in the upper peninsula of Michigan. I’m old so it wasn’t for me. I purchased it for my granddaughter who some day might need it.
