I've been wintering in Spain for 17 years. We keep an apartment in a small andalusian fishing village between Malaga and Nerja. My apartment is $500 a month. It's located right across the street from the mediterranean Sea and the longest seaside promenade in all of Europe. I don't have a car while in Spain and don't need one. I use the buses, trains, and taxis which are all affordable. I keep a doctor and a dentist in Spain. You and I are practically neighbors. Imagine that. Small world, indeed.
