I’ve been wintering in Spain for 16 years. I lease the same apartment in Torre Del Mar every year. I live across the street from the ocean and the longest seaside promenade in Europe. I agree with so much of what you’ve said about Spain, especially the pace of life. I’d gladly live in Spain full time but like the Spanish, I would miss my family too much. That’s one thing I truly appreciate about Spanish culture. The extended family is the center of their lives.
