It sounds like you’re still thinking that if I don’t believe that witches exist that that’s proof that I’m a racist. I contend that both the devout and atheists can easily be Nazis. You don’t need to choose a god to realize that racism is detrimental to humanity. I suspect you already know that those who have chosen a god can justify racist ideologies despite their belief in magical beings. Supposedly when the devout choose a god, they’re making a kind of public statement about their core beliefs, however. They have a book and detailed doctrine to adhere to and tend to believe that they are practicing the truth while others, not just atheists, are deeply misled and in need of saving. If a person disregards the entire list of gods, that tells us nothing about their core beliefs, only that they added one more god to their list of fantasy beings. But make no mistake about it, every atheist does not hold the same core beliefs.
