C: Coffee. I rarely drank coffee when I lived in the Caribbean. It’s true. But moving to the US made us into religious converts. A good cup of coffee is a treat. Dana Leigh Lyons suggested we put cardamom into the grounds before perking. Dude, that turned out to be delicious.
