I did the same only I bought land in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, above the 45th parallel and surrounded by 20% of the entire world’s fresh water. The great land grab began shortly after that. My purchases tripled in value in a little over a year. I think I just squeezed in. But for me, my land is priceless!
